- 6 oranges
- 150 g sugar

- 150 g butter
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g flour
Instructions
- Prepare the Oranges: Cut the tops off the oranges and carefully remove the pulp, saving the juice for later use. Place hollowed oranges upside down on their tops for stability.
- Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and about 50 ml of orange juice. Add eggs, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate; mix until smooth. Gradually stir in flour until just combined.
- Bake and Serve: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Fill each hollow orange with batter and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until set but slightly soft in the center. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
