  1. Prepare the Oranges: Cut the tops off the oranges and carefully remove the pulp, saving the juice for later use. Place hollowed oranges upside down on their tops for stability.
  2. Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and about 50 ml of orange juice. Add eggs, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate; mix until smooth. Gradually stir in flour until just combined.
  3. Bake and Serve: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Fill each hollow orange with batter and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until set but slightly soft in the center. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
