- 1 cup chopped white chocolate

- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- In a sealable container, place the chopped white chocolate.
- In a small saucepan, boil the unsalted butter and orange zest for 1 minute. Add the heavy whipping cream and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until bubbling.
- Strain the hot mixture over the chopped chocolate, pressing the zest to extract oils, then let sit for 1 minute before whisking in the orange extract.
- Chill the mixture in the freezer for about 1 hour until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, and coat with powdered sugar. Chill again for 1 hour before serving.
