Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.

- Layer tortilla chips in a springform pan; top with beef, diced veggies, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle with the lime sour cream mixture and garnish with avocado before serving.
