Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, yeast, olive oil, and salt. Knead until smooth and let rise until doubled in size.
- Cut the risen dough into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch).
- Arrange the pieces on the baking sheet, spacing them apart. Let rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Mix unsalted butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley until creamy.
- Brush garlic butter on each bite before baking.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush remaining garlic butter on hot bites and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
