  • 3/4 cup PBfit peanut butter powder (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup PBfit powder with water and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the remaining PBfit powder, almond flour, baking soda, honey, vanilla extract, and egg. Blend until fully combined.
  4. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, placing them at least 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
  5. Flatten each ball to about 2 inches in diameter using a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  6. Bake for 7-9 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on the sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
