- 3/4 cup PBfit peanut butter powder (divided)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup PBfit powder with water and mix until smooth.
- Add the remaining PBfit powder, almond flour, baking soda, honey, vanilla extract, and egg. Blend until fully combined.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, placing them at least 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
- Flatten each ball to about 2 inches in diameter using a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on the sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
