  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream

  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda. Gradually combine with the wet mixture and stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough onto sheets and bake for about 10 minutes or until edges firm up but centers remain soft. Let cool on racks.
  5. For the filling, beat unsalted butter with peanut butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
