Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and crushed peanuts for the streusel topping, then add melted butter until crumbly; chill.
- In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, milk, eggs, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and salt; fold in chopped strawberries gently.
- Swirl in strawberry jam without fully blending.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan; top with chilled streusel.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
