Instructions
- Wash arugula thoroughly and dry it using a salad spinner or paper towels. Place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Core and slice the pears into thin pieces, adding them to the bowl with arugula.
- Crumble goat cheese over the mixture and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving and toss gently to combine without bruising the arugula.
