Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat.
- Stir in the beef stock followed by the heavy cream.
- Mix in the Dijon mustard, crushed peppercorns, and salt.
- Let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes until it thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Serve warm over your favorite protein or vegetables.
