Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp granulated sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt the butter in another bowl and allow it to cool slightly before adding milk, vanilla extract, and egg. Whisk until combined.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring gently. Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on top (2-3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden brown (2 minutes).
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings!
