  • 45 g crushed pistachios (⅓ cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg followed by vanilla extract and pistachio cream until smooth.
