- 1 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pistachio cream, unsalted butter, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer until fluffy.
- In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients on low speed until just combined.
- Gently fold in roasted pistachios and chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
