Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup plant-based cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place naan on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan.
- Layer shredded turkey, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion over the tzatziki.
- Sprinkle plant-based cheese on top and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the naan is crispy and toppings are heated through.
- Drizzle extra tzatziki sauce before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
