- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 18.3 ounces fudge brownie mix (1 box)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by lightly spraying it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin puree, one egg, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt until smooth.
- In another bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
- Spread two-thirds of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and drop spoonfuls of the pumpkin mixture over it.
- Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl both mixtures together using a spoon or toothpick.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
