  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 18.3 ounces fudge brownie mix (1 box)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by lightly spraying it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin puree, one egg, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  4. Spread two-thirds of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and drop spoonfuls of the pumpkin mixture over it.
  5. Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl both mixtures together using a spoon or toothpick.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
