Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar until combined. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla; stir until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Swirl a small portion of batter mixed with additional cinnamon into the main batter.
- Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar topping.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
