Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Optional: Sear the chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
- In the crock pot, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken breasts to the crock pot and coat with the sauce mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir back into the sauce.
- Finish with sour cream and garnish if desired.
