Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, and seasonings until well combined.
- Place cubed chicken in a resealable bag or dish; pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grill skewers for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving; garnish as desired.
