- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine corn syrup and powdered sugar. Heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto silicone mats or waxed paper and allow to cool slightly before rolling into balls.
