- 1 large burrata ball (or 2 small)
- 4–5 ripe plums, halved and pitted
- 1 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss halved plums in a mixing bowl with olive oil. Spread them on a baking sheet cut-side up.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.
- Arrange roasted plums on a serving plate with pieces of burrata and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
