- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce)
- Pita bread or flatbreads

Instructions
- Marinate chicken: Mix minced garlic, spices, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken thighs and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Prepare sauce: Combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
- Cook chicken: Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Slice chicken into strips and serve in pita bread topped with fresh vegetables and creamy garlic sauce.
