- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (for sauce)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Set up three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and one for crushed pretzels.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then press into crushed pretzels until well-coated.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- For the sauce: In a saucepan, heat milk until warm; stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Mix in Dijon mustard and season to taste.
- Serve hot drizzled with the creamy mustard-cheddar sauce.
