Ingredients

  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 12 strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup hot tea (black, green, or herbal your choice)

Instructions

  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, fry the eggs to desired doneness and place one on each toast slice.
