- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini vegan marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, beat softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream; mix until smooth.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture without overmixing.
- Fold in chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
