Instructions
- 1. In a skillet, cook ground chicken or turkey until browned; drain excess fat. Scramble eggs in another pan until just set and season.
- 2. Unroll crescent dough on a floured surface and roll it out to an even thickness.
- 3. Spread scrambled eggs, chicken, and cheese over the dough. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch rounds.
- 4. Arrange rolls cut side up in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- 5. Prepare cheese sauce by melting butter in a saucepan, whisking in flour, then milk, and finally adding cheddar until melted.
