- For the glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with maple syrup, milk, and cooled butter until smooth.
- Gently combine the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before glazing by mixing powdered sugar with milk and drizzling over the bars.
