Ingredients

  • Fresh peaches
  • All-purpose flour
  • Granulated sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract
  • Eggs
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Dice fresh peaches and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
