- Fresh peaches

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Dice fresh peaches and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
