  • 4 large potatoes (cut into wedges)

  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and drizzle olive oil in a large baking dish.
  2. In the baking dish, toss potato wedges with oregano, salt, and pepper.
