Ingredients
- 2 inches raw Ginger (peeled)
- 2 cups Filtered water
- 1 Tbs Apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Tbs Raw Honey
- 2 Lemons (peeled and quartered)
- 2 Oranges (peeled and quartered)
- 2 inches raw Turmeric (peeled) OR 1 tsp powdered turmeric
- 2–4 cloves peeled raw Garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a mesh strainer over a large bowl to separate the juice from the pulp.
- Pour the strained liquid into a measuring cup with a spout for easy transfer.
- Using a small funnel, bottle the shots, leaving a quarter inch at the top.
- Shake well before consuming—best enjoyed first thing in the morning!
