  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt on both sides.
  3. Carefully cut pockets into the side of each chicken breast.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, chopped spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt until well mixed.
