  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and pumpkin spice.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until blended.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until combined.
  6. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter; add a spoonful of cream cheese filling on top before covering with more batter.
