Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags (English breakfast or Earl Grey)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 medium orange, sliced
- 1 medium lemon, sliced
- ¼ cup honey or granulated sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil water in a kettle and steep black tea bags for about 5 minutes.
- While steeping, prepare fresh strawberries, orange slices, and lemon slices.
- Remove tea bags and combine brewed tea with sliced fruits in a pitcher.
- Stir in honey or sugar if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator until cold; serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
