Instructions
- Cook rice or quinoa according to package directions; set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
- Pour the sauce over the turkey-broccoli mixture and stir well to coat.
- Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve the turkey and broccoli mixture over rice or quinoa.
