Instructions
- Cook the Meat: Sauté the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and browned. Season with paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the Squash: Toss cubed sweet potatoes (or squash) with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until caramelized.
- Prepare the Base: Spoon the cooked couscous or quinoa into your serving bowl.
- Build Your Bowl: Layer in roasted sweet potato/squash, seasoned ground meat, sliced avocado, and a generous scoop of cottage cheese.
- Top It Off: Garnish with fresh herbs and drizzle with hot sauce or olive oil if desired.
