- ½ pound turkey strips
- 3 medium shallots
- 16 ounces frozen peas
- 1 pear
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prep the pear by peeling, slicing, and dicing it. Toss in lemon juice and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook turkey strips until golden brown. Remove them using a slotted spoon and drain excess fat.
- Add sliced shallots to the pan and sauté until softened, then stir in Dijon mustard.
- Mix in peas and diced pears; cook for about 5 minutes until warmed through.
- Combine half of the turkey strips, chopped parsley, and black pepper into the mixture.
- Serve in a large bowl topped with remaining turkey strips and garnish with lemon zest.
