Ingredients
- 6 oranges
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g flour
- Icing sugar (for dusting)
- Fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F). Cut the tops off the oranges and carefully remove the flesh, retaining the peels.
- Squeeze juice from the removed flesh into a bowl. Reattach the tops with toothpicks.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, 5 cl of orange juice, eggs, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate until well combined. Gradually add flour and mix until smooth.
- Place hollowed oranges on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Fill each orange three-quarters full with batter.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until set. Let cool slightly before removing toothpicks.
- Dust with icing sugar and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
