Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt or tube pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the floured strawberries.
  8. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
