Ingredients
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the tortellini in salted water according to package instructions until tender.
- Drain the tortellini, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add softened cream cheese and stir until melted.
- Slowly incorporate heavy cream and Parmesan until combined and heated through; season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the cooked tortellini and reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency; mix in crispy turkey bacon.
- Serve immediately topped with chopped parsley.
