Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin lightly with oil or non-stick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast Turkey sausage until browned and fully cooked; let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix with water or milk according to package directions and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the cooked Turkey sausage and optional cheddar cheese into the pancake batter.
- Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with the batter.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
