- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 2–4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 4 cups shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber (squeezed dry), lemon juice, chopped dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Combine Ingredients: Add shredded chicken, red onion, kalamata olives, and parsley to the tzatziki sauce. Stir until all ingredients are well-coated.
