  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese using a handheld mixer until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling for about 10 minutes.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the cooled crust, add mozzarella cheese and desired toppings, then sprinkle additional garlic powder if desired.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
