- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- favorite pizza toppings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese using a handheld mixer until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling for about 10 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce over the cooled crust, add mozzarella cheese and desired toppings, then sprinkle additional garlic powder if desired.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
