  • 3/4 cup 2-5% vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Flaky salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine fresh blueberries, chopped walnuts, and vanilla Greek yogurt. Gently mix to coat the blueberries.
  3. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 70 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
