Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup 2-5% vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- Flaky salt for topping
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh blueberries, chopped walnuts, and vanilla Greek yogurt. Gently mix to coat the blueberries.
- Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 70 minutes until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt and freeze again until set.
- Store in a freezer-safe container.
