- 1/4 cup honey BBQ sauce
- Cooked pasta of your choice (e.g., penne or rotini)
- Fresh spinach
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet; sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and smoked paprika; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Mix in honey BBQ sauce and lemon juice; reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- If using cooked pasta, add it to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional spinach if desired.
