- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup cottage cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, and olive oil; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with additional feta cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm or at room temperature.
