- 2–3 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Slider buns
- Lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the chicken and set up a dredging station: one dish with flour, one with whisked egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip into egg wash, then roll in panko until fully coated.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble sliders by placing crispy chicken on buns, drizzling with sauce, and adding lettuce or other desired toppings.
