Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients without overmixing; fold in diced peaches gently.
- Prepare the streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter and top with streusel mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; check doneness with a skewer.
- Allow muffins to cool before serving.
