- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter for frosting
- 3–4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract for frosting
- 2–3 tablespoons milk for frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, sour cream, softened butter, and eggs until smooth. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Sift in all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt; mix gently until just combined. Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before frosting.
- For frosting: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat until browned. Transfer to a bowl; whisk in powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
