- 6 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/4 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 cups fresh blueberries (plus extra for garnish)
- Optional: low-fat whipped cream
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in Greek yogurt until fully combined. Set aside.
- In another bowl, gently mix strawberries and blueberries.
- Layer the cream mixture and berry mix alternately in serving glasses or cups until filled.
- Top with additional berries and a dollop of low-fat whipped cream if desired.
