For the Berries:
1 lb strawberries, hulled and halved
5 oz blueberries
5 oz blackberries
5 oz raspberries
For the Dressing:
Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons honey
For the Garnish:
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, lightly packed and chopped or torn
Instructions
- Wash and gently dry all the berries.
- Hull and halve the strawberries, then place them in a large serving bowl with the blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the berries and gently toss to coat without crushing the fruit.
- Sprinkle the fresh mint leaves over the salad and toss lightly again.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
