- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in chopped garlic, salt, and black pepper. Fold in fresh spinach until well mixed.
- Add grated parmesan and shredded mozzarella (reserve some mozzarella for topping) and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, top with reserved mozzarella, and bake for about 22 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your choice of dippers.
