  • Yield: Serves approximately 12 rolls 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup whole milk, warmed
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter (for glaze)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Stir in melted butter and eggs until well mixed.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt, kneading the mixture until smooth and elastic. Allow dough to rise until it doubles in size.
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing Biscoff cookie butter with cinnamon.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the dough and roll tightly into a log.
  7. Slice into 12 equal pieces and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  8. Cover and let rise again for about 30–45 minutes until puffy.
  9. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for approximately 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, remaining Biscoff cookie butter, and milk until smooth.
  11. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
