Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup whole milk, warmed
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter (for glaze)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
- Stir in melted butter and eggs until well mixed.
- Gradually add flour and salt, kneading the mixture until smooth and elastic. Allow dough to rise until it doubles in size.
- Prepare the filling by mixing Biscoff cookie butter with cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough and roll tightly into a log.
- Slice into 12 equal pieces and arrange in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise again for about 30–45 minutes until puffy.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for approximately 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, remaining Biscoff cookie butter, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
